New play equipment coming soon with thanks to the National Lottery

New play equipment for the 5-12 year old residents will soon be installed in the play area off First Avenue. This has been made possible by the National Lottery which has provided £10,000 towards the cost of the installation of a trim trail and basket swing.

The Parish Council hopes that this equipment will be welcomed by all concerned.

Community Litter Pick - Saturday, 18 May 2019

A Community Litter Pick is to take place in the Parish on Saturday, 18 May 2019 commencing at 10.00am and it would be great if residents of the parish would come along and spare an hour to help make their community litter free and welcoming to residents and visitors.

We will be meeting at the Village Hall at 10.00am and will litter pick until 12 Noon. All equipment is provided

Annual Parish Meeting - Wednesday, 15 May 2019

The Annual Parish Meeting is to be held on Wednesday, 15 May 2019 and representatives of groups and organisations are invited to attend to report on their activities over the past year.

If unable to attend, then reports may be forwarded to Sue, the Clerk who will arrange for them to be available to attendees.

The meeting, which is a statutory requirement of the parish council, is to be held at the Risley Hall Hotel commencing at 7.00pm
